Forever grateful to Kylie + Corey for helping me check off an item on my bucket list: “Shoot a destination wedding in Hawaii.” ✅

I can get emotional if think about it too long. Two years ago they came to Pebble Beach to shoot their engagement photos (yes on PB Golf Links, which was awesome). From there we formed a friendship. When they reached out and asked if I would fly to Hawaii to shoot their wedding, I didn’t hesistate. We’ve been planning this for over a year together and everything went incredibly smooth! Kylie was amazing and worked super hard to host and put her personal touch on everything. Such a lovely and personalized wedding day.

My most memorable part of the day was when the groom was doing vendor shoutouts and said “and to Jed, who is not just our photographer today, but has become a good friend.” I DIED! You got me C. 😭

Sophia and Sam had such a sweet elopement on the Big Sur coast. This collection shows how much variety of beautiful shots you can have in just three hours.

i’ve found that the three hour elopement experience is the perfect amount of time to do some shots at your Airbnb or hotel, go out for a beautiful ceremony on the cliffside, and then close with sunset photos at the beach!!

These two reminded me so much of me and My wife. We were the same age when we got married in our early twenties.

The beauty and the class of San Francisco City Hall. Truly a magical place for an Elopement. So honored to have captured G + P’s private weekend elopement in my favorite city in California.

These two were full of joy and class. We walked all around city hall and then headed down the bay to appreciate the coastal beaches and scenery. An EPIC elopement day.

On top of the WORLD with E + I. ⛰️

These two traveled all the way from New York just to elope here in Big Sur. WOW. What an adventure! Feeling so honored that they wanted me to guide them along the coast to take some beautiful shots together.

They had a brief vow exchange on top of the cliffs then walked around my favorite spots in Big Sur and captured just some STUNNING moments. We got a perfect golden sunset that just lit them up in the most beautiful way. 🌅

Also, Ivan’s glasses just completed the whole vibe and I’m in love with Elma’s dress! Gorgeous!

A gorgeous foggy sunset in BIG SUR. 🌅

Celebrated D + M ‘s rad wedding up in the Bay Area a couple months ago and they came back down to Big Sur to continue the party and capture the magic of Big Sur’s scenery.

Had such a lovely time walking around, laughing, and reminiscing all about their wedding day. What a dream bridal shoot! ✨

Some lovely candid moments from J + A’s beautiful beach wedding. These two had me cracking up all day. Jenn’s laugh and smile is contagious and I loved seeing such a wide cultural blending at their wedding. I think there were 4 different languages spoken at their reception. So cool!

A beautiful and elegant winery wedding at a venue to die for. 😱 S + M inquired with me over a year ago and they knew exactly what they wanted. From the venue, to the details, to their style of photographer. I’m so honored they chose me. 🫶

One of my favorite things I got to experience during the day was an overwhelming sense of genuine love from their family. You could tell everyone was so close to each other. All of the speeches were super sweet and heartfelt. A true classy wedding.

We spent some time doing solo shots all over the venue, from the “Great Lawn” as they call it, to the vineyard walking along the vines, and even through all the pretty walkways. S + M were so confident during their photo time and were so lovely to work with. They let me be creative and try new things (like shooting them through the rail car window in photo 2).

Can’t thank you guys enough for making me feel like family and trusting me with your day. A TRULY MAGICAL EXPERIENCE! ✨

And cheers to an amazing vendor team who just slayed every aspect of the day.

A story of two lovers and the sun 🌞

M + T reached out to me over a year ago to help them plan their dream photoshoot in Big Sur to relive some of their favorites memories. They celebrated 10 beautiful years of marriage and so this shoot was a special occasion to capture!

My favorite part of the day was when they turned to me and said “yeah, we want to jump in the ocean….” Yes, in their full formal attire. I. LOVE. THAT.

Cheers to that wild adventurous spirit that seems to contagiously infect all of my couples. I’m a huge fan of ocean splashes and dirty dresses. May it never stop. 🥂

I was so honored when N reached out to me. Nothing is more flattering than for a couple to say on their inquiry form “We need you! We looked around and knew that we had to have you for our big day.” I don’t say that to toot my own horn, but really just to celebrate that a strong connection was made even before we met. What an insane compliment to give an artist!

An absolute dream Elopement in Big Sur with R + B!!

I knew from the first five minutes of our initial call that we were going to have an incredible experience together. I love when couples come to me and are so excited because they know that they are going to get not just stunning photos, but a lovely shooting experience that is fun and unique to them.

These two have a very similar love story to Kaitlyn and I. We both met and got engaged fairly quickly and marriage shortly after that. We walked all around the Big Sur coast talking about our lives and getting to know one another better. My favorite kind of day!

A magical elopement in the Big Sur redwoods and along the cliffs. I absolutely loved adventuring with Emily and Jeremy and their family all over Big Sur!!

We hiked up into the mountains for a beautiful private vow exchange, and then spent some lovely time along the bluffs for some stunning sunset pics.

All smiles, laughter, and joy with these folks.
A PERFECT DAY!

I only wish they would’ve brought me on their trip to Disneyland, but what’s a boy to do? 🤷🏻‍♂️
