Chef Gaurav Misra is the very definition of a flavor scientist. His culinary journey has taken him all over the world and he has experimented with varied cooking techniques and flavor pallets. 

He has opened and run 4 cafes and a catering company in Delhi. He is currently involved in growing his hot sauce brand - The Indian Sauce Company. 

This edition at Ethos, Misra will be doing a live grill, and his famous gourmet burgers. A lip smacking , fingerlicking delight for your tastebuds.

FILM a.k.a. Sanil Sudan is a New Delhi based DJ, Producer and former curator at the two mainstays for electronic music in the capital. Sudan makes dancefloor-friendly House, Breaks and IDM under the alias FILM. To celebrate old Detroit techno through leaner productions, Sudan uses the moniker Tyrell Dub Corp.

His debut eponymous album FILM (2022, Qilla Records) was a cohesive 52 minutes of ambient pads, zig-lining techno and old-school breaks, as he shifted gears towards a more songwriting approach. The LP was well received by Resident Advisor, Bolting Bits, Groove Mag, Ransom Note, named Best New Music by indie pioneering zine A Humming Heart – as well as featured with artist profiles – in the New Indian Express / Morning Standard and The Indian Music Diaries.

Mixmag supported Sudan’s full-length effort as “intelligently composed and brimming with atmosphere throughout” and hailed the album as “fine work from FILM and an excellent addition to the ever-growing Qilla inventory.” Indian tastemaker publication the Wild City praised the album’s ability to “make distinct statements through its genre-traversing instrumental offerings.” Rolling Stone rated the album 4 stars and labelled it “among the most exciting electronic records out this year” as they rounded it in the top 15 Indian albums at #9 of last year. FILM recorded a techno and garage heavy set, in momentum of the release cycle for DJ Mag that said the album’s “13 cuts of hi-def electronic music feel thematically rich, while still packing a hefty punch.”

An artist with no fixed style but instead a very real ability to draw on a wide world of music and
cook up his own unique sound spaces. Each selection he makes is a thing of true passion you can
see it not only in his eyes, but so too in the eyes of those dancing along.
He feels blessed every time he gets to play music for people, His goal is to create memorable
experience for listeners and spread love on the dancefloor. He has appearances attop clubs and
festivals in India including Magnetic Fields & Far Out Left.

Baawra has been creating his musical chemistry for the last 5 years. Intrigued by spinning
records, this self taught music wizard creates an electronic atmosphere with his sounds leaving
the crowd experience sensations of elation each time. His ability to juggle different genres and
introduce futuristic sounds transcends the language barriers and evoke emotions that words
cannot express.
Baawra - The name has been inspired to honour the legend Baiju Bawra who was said to have
'melted marble with the ardour of his music'

They are also co-founders of the project MAUSHI (A concept driven electronic music event company)
through which they are bringing up the underground electronic music scene in the country.
Since its existence from 2018, MAUSHI has hosted various gigs and festivals

Migrant is a fast rising electronic music producer and DJ from India. Blending the warmth of
organic instruments with the hypnotic pulses of techno and tech house, he takes his listeners on
a trippy journey filled with irresistible dance beats and memorable melodies. After years spent
traveling the world and composing tracks, he signed a record deal with Subwoofer Records, and
is now ready to bring his lovingly created music to the masses.
Migrant’s music career started as a way to fill time during long stretches away from home. As a
hotelier, he spent endless days and nights traveling alone to strange places, leaving his mind free
to wander. He eventually started to fill his idle hours by composing music. Almost immediately,
this hobby turned into an obsession, as he began dedicating all his spare time to his increasingly
complex compositions.
After witnessing a life altering performance by Four Tet at Magnetic Fields, Migrant decided to go
all in, turning his love of music into his profession. So he started performing on any stage he
could, with every appearance greeted more enthusiastically than the last. His career began to
gain serious momentum, which would carry him towards his first ocial releases.
“When I play my records, it’s the most intimate thing I can share with anyone,” the young artist
says, describing the passion that keeps him motivated. “I want them to close their eyes, and
disappear to another world where only they exist.” It is easy to see how much energy Migrant
brings to his music, with every track bursting with a rare passion and excitement.
Having just signed to Subwoofer Records, Migrant is prepared to share the music that he has
dedicated his life to making. He is releasing two singles that showcase everything he does best
- propulsive rhythms, mesmerizing vocals, and a full on blissed out experience that will appeal to
electronic music lovers everywhere.
