Which sets do you think had the most amount of plays on our Soundcloud this past year? Missy Bebbo is leading with 1892 plays of her set in May!

Eddie Swales is in second, third and fifth place - go on son! Steve Podmore (Podders) is in 4th. Edele Andaya is there (of course) and Sharleen Gilani - way to go ladies!

We are delighted to announce that Missy Bebbo will be the headliner for our Ultimate Girl Power event on the 7th March. We have given her this slot based on talent alone and because we believe she deserves the opportunity to show us what she’s made of. Not only is she a much-loved DJ, she’s also an avid clubber and super supportive of our scene. The passion she has for trance is out of this world and it clearly shows when she plays. She absolutely smashed it at our event in May 2024, and we are so excited about having her back that we’re giving her a two-hour slot!

Missy Bebbo (Hayley Bebbington) is a Trance DJ from Derbyshire. A qualified nurse by day but by night she follows her passion of playing uplifting trance. In the past year she has played for Trance Sanctuary at the legendary Ministry of Sound, the Malta Euphoria Weekender, Trance in the Woods, Transcend in Brixton and the Tunnel Club in Nottingham. She has a residency with Evolve and recently played on the main stage at the iconic Emporium at Coalville. Next year, she already has bookings for Trance in the Woods plus two international bookings;- the Malta Euphoria Weekender and Connect Ibiza in August.

Hayley enjoys playing music that makes people smile and really enjoys the super happy, uplifting trance sound. She has a huge passion for vocal trance. Hayley has been on line- up’s alongside The Thrillseekers, Space Brothers, Asteroid, Paul Denton, Angelus, James Cottle, D.J.G & M.I.K, and the iconic Dave Pearce.

Hayley has loved trance from a young age. She began by collecting Clubbers Guide to Ibiza CD’s then through her early clubbing days going to events such as Progress, Gatecrasher, Union One, Global Gathering and Passion. First learning to mix on a set of old Numarks, then upgrading to Pioneer 1000, 350’s and now her beloved XDJ-XZ’s. Hayley’s house is not a home without her decks in it.

Well known for her mixes and ‘Trance Sessions’ on SoundCloud, Hayley has an immense amount of energy behind the decks and clearly shows her deep passion for Trance music every time she plays. Hayley’s dream is to release a trance track of her own and is super determined to make this a reality.

Lifelong music lover Frieda Fourie started clubbing in Johannesburg from an early age, so it was a natural progression for her to start promoting parties & working on the door at events to support her passion once she moved to London. It was only a matter of time before her love of harder beats got her behind the decks and after many committed practice sessions at the infamous Macey house, she played her first hard house set out at Celtic Tribe in Wales last year.

As co-promoter of Norwich psytrance night Psylings, Frieda started playing back-to-back with her partner in crime DJ S*M as The Psylings at their events, with them returning to Celtic Tribe earlier this year to play a banging psytrance set together and recently playing a blinder at Unique Tribe. A commanding presence behind the decks, Frieda’s love for her tunes shines through to the dancefloor while her impeccable mixing means she never misses a beat.

She played back-to-back with FlibbertiGibbet aka Tara Hawes at the Psymera Summer Boat Party in June and again at Astral Circus - Saturday Session in October.

DJ April Maizie is a seasoned Trance DJ and rising music producer, with a solid background spanning many years behind the decks. She has captivated audiences at numerous and renowned venues & festivals both in the UK & internationally. She has graced the stages of notable events such as Immunity & Logic Festival, Misfits, Colour International & Noise addicts, to name a few.

Inspired by the sounds of Armin Van Burren & many other leading artists in the scene. April crafts each of her sets that take audiences on an epic journey with a unique blend of euphoric melodies & driving baselines, ensuring every performance is a unique experience filled with energy & emotion.

In addition to her DJing prowess, April is also dedicated to honing her skills as a music producer. She is constantly experimenting with new sounds and techniques, aiming to create tracks that resonate with fans and elevate the trance music experience. As she continues to develop her sound and expand her reach in the industry, April is committed to sharing her love & passion for trance music with the world.

Chantel Ford is a UK-based DJ with a deep passion for classic trance, a genre that has been a part of her life for over 25 years. Regularly attending iconic events like Goodgreef, Gatecrasher, Godskitchen, and immersing herself in the vibrant Ibiza Trance scene at Cream and Judgement Sundays in the mid-2000s, she has cultivated a rich connection to the dance music world.

Her love for music is all-encompassing, but it’s trance — especially progressive & vocal —that has always held a special place in her heart. After years of being a devoted fan and dancefloor lover, 2024 marked the year she finally took the plunge to learn the art of mixing.

With a huge passion and a deep knowledge of trance history, she quickly established herself in the DJ scene, winning various competitions this year that led to exciting opportunities with respected brands such as Evolve Rising Stars, Small Trees & Limitless and Temple of Trance, offering her a platform to share her passion with the world.

Her mixes, a blend of old-school trance classics and fresh, progressive vibes, have been met with incredible response since she began sharing them on SoundCloud in June 2024.

She has a particular affinity for rediscovering lost trance gems and is on a mission to share her passion for this, taking listeners on a journey through its evolution while ensuring the classics never fade away. Keep an eye out for her performances and unique mixes — she’s just getting started!

Short Circuit aka Jessi Hallam first started learning to mix on CDJ’s in 2016 under the guidance of DJ . In December 2018 she landed her first gig in her home town of Kings Lynn for OMG Underground as one half of Altered Circuitry. From there on the bookings rolled in for Altered Circuitry and they gained a residency with OMG Underground, Resurrection, 90s Euphoria and Trance Effect and later in 2019 the long running Hyperbolic.

When lockdown kicked in she joined the online community of DJs and expanded her skills, quickly learning and mastering several other genres including Hardstyle, Hard House and Trance.

She also created the still running Ultimate Stream Team (tustdjs24) which is a small community of multi genre multi-level DJs successfully streaming on Facebook and now Twitch

By the time lockdown had ended Altered Circuitry had produced around 20 of their own tracks which were often showcased at their bookings and very well received In 2022 Altered Circuitry parted ways and she started her journey as a solo artist in which she pushed herself even further and taught herself to mix a few more genres.

Today she has her own event brand (Immersify Events) and can be seen appearing in Norwich and further afield on a regular basis. She continuously works hard not just for herself but for her stream team and events as well, music has no limits and she's always excited about having something new to learn!!
