Are you a highly organized, outgoing and energetic individual who loves to plan and execute events? Are you looking for a challenging and exciting role where you can make a real impact in a growing business? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Jack’s Axes LLC is a mobile axe throwing business that operates with a two-lane trailer. We specialize in providing fun and unique experiences for parties, weddings, corporate events, and community gatherings. We are currently seeking an Event Manager to join our team and help us take our business to the next level.
As our Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all events for our mobile axe throwing business. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that their events are a huge success. You will also be responsible for managing any required event staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and organize all events for our mobile axe throwing business
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that their events are a huge success
* Manage event staff, as needed, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to deliver a top-notch customer experience
* Oversee event logistics, including equipment setup and teardown, staffing, and safety protocols
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the smooth ex*****on of events
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all client inquiries are promptly addressed
* Continuously improve our event offerings and explore new opportunities for growth
Requirements:
* Passion for Axe Throwing
* 2+ years of experience in event planning or related field
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
* Knowledge of safety protocols for axe throwing activities is a plus
* Experience working in the mobile events industry is a plus
