We’re on for Sunday. If you don’t want to stand in the cold but you do want brisket…. I have a solution. My ( ) favourite thing is a brisket sando with sauerkraut for a mid week lunch… you can now pre order a chuck or a portion or the whole thing of brisket

For those who want to keep reading about where we are at.
We’ve been on ice for a while trying to recover, it’s been a wild couple of years. The business (I say that, but I am the business, it’s very personal lol) took a huge loss in 2022 and I needed to pause and recover. It is the risk of going all in, we came pretty close at a few points to not being ok, but the call to stop, think and recoup was the best I could do. I have learned a lot and been very very humbled in the experience. It has been overwhelming to try and get going, I am very gun-shy from the bit we took, and need to be measured in how we get up and running again. Thanks for your patience, I guess this is better than shutting down or selling up. There is light at the end of tunnel I believe.
