Let's talk about repurposing flowers today! A stunning ceremony arch doesn’t need to go to waste... and I came with receipts!
The team at took the two floral tower installations and repurposed them to frame the archway over the reception at .dc.
Obviously, the way you reuse your wedding flowers will look different depending on a number of things (the floral design and the venue being two main players).
The biggest takeaway is to discuss ideas with your florist to create something that works for your style and space.

There are so many lovely things to say about Iman and Marcus but I’ll leave it at this — through a pandemic, lots of setup changes, 2021 challenges, revamped plans and even a venue change two weeks before their wedding… none of it could stop these two. Their excitement, positivity and joy were infectious, they never wavered, and their hearts guided them to a beautiful celebration. ♡
Cue a dream team of vendors: kicked the night off with a traditional Egyptian zaffa; the gorgeous with an incredible backdrop; highlighted our gorgeous bride’s beauty; with an incredible menu; the dreamiest of florals from ; sweet details by ; a romantic reception dream brought to life by , .co & ; keeping guests moving; and all of these unforgettable moments captured by and the lovely .

“Ally helped us plan, design, and execute our wedding from scratch. We had a limited budget and lots of ideas. Ally worked with us to define our vision and create something beautiful, romantic, and fun that authentically represented who we are. She was flexible and navigated our changing wedding size (COVID) with grace and friendliness. And when our original venue fell through 2 weeks before wedding day, Ally helped us as we pivoted to a new space.
Finally, on the day-of, Ally handled everything from vendor interactions and coordination to set up and décor to facilitating all our activities to checking in and making sure we were good. Ally was absolutely a pleasure to work with and we would absolutely recommend her for any couples planning their weddings!”
