Smoke On The Water BBQ Co. put our best food forward today and came up a little short finishing 19th out of 32 teams. Ribs were a tad tight in my opinion. But we followed the process…this is why we practice! Cindy Suladie Ayers took 1st in appetizer and 1st for best booth….see ya next year 2023 Springerville Rib Throwdown!!

Welp last weeks Scotch Egg experiment resulted in us turning in bacon wrapped Scotch Eggs for the appetizer portion of the contest today! Cindy nailed her Chipotle brownies! Time to see what the judges say.

Smoke On The Water BBQ Co. rollin smoke on a couple of racks of Baby Back‘s….Chicken rubbed up with AP and BBQ rub. One is rubbed with Sonoran Spice Hatch Green Chili powder. Gonna pull the chicken and make chicken nachos and sammies. Alabama White sauce in the waiting to pay homage to my mom and my Aunt Trudie Barnes and my Southern roots!
