Over the weekend I had the pleasure of celebrating my future niece and her mama! We got into the season and chose all things floral and fresh for decor and food. My favorite detail was the flower bar! Not only was it gorgeous decor, but it was a great take home for all of our guests. What are your favorite event details?

Another one of my favorite events - a citrusy winter baby shower! Mid January is pretty cold and dreary in Michigan, but this celebration was bright and fresh. We used dehydrated citrus fruit and eucalyptus for decor throughout. Not only was it beautiful but the house smelled fantastic. Delicious lavender lemonade and citrus tarts were on the menu. For an activity, we made relaxing bath salts and our own loose leaf tea blends, which we paired with some fuzzy socks for each guest to take home as a favor. A great way to celebrate two moms-to-be and prepare them for some post baby self-care.

I wanted to start sharing some of favorite event details. First up, a very merry bridal shower!
This bride LOVED Alice in Wonderland, so I leaned in to that world. I loved getting to utilize the original illustrations from the books in the plates and invitations. I also spent a good amount of time antiquing for these gorgeous tea cups and pots. I utilized the pots with flowers for centerpieces and the tea cups with Alice in Wonderland tea for favors.
