***Rumi Event Planners booking Terms and Conditions***

1) Booking will be confirmed after receiving 30% advance payment (through cash, Easy Paisa or Bank account) and remaining 70% to be paid in CASH on event day prior to the event

2) Advance payment is non refundable, if the event is cancelled from client side

3) All decorative items and valuables provided are on the rental basis which would be taken back after the event

4) The tables for table decor are to be provided by the client, the sizes of the tables would also be needed to inform in advance for planning at our end accordingly

5) The event theme and color combination decided at the time of booking cannot be changed later

6) On the event of items getting damaged due to negligence, the full cost would be paid by the client

7) Extra charges on addition to the package
