GCPS Parent Mentors invite parents of students receiving special education services at all levels (elementary, middle, and high school) to attend a presentation titled "Understanding Post-Secondary Outcomes and How it Connects to the Transition Plan in the IEP.”
This session will take place on Thursday, January 16, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the J. Alvin Wilbanks Instructional Support Center, located at 437 Old Peachtree Rd., NW, in Suwanee, in the Central Gwinnett Room (2.111), in Building 200.
