*FAIR UPDATE*

Dear crafters, we are sadden to let you know that due to personal circumstances we have made the decision to cancel the upcoming fair at Canon Hoban Halls on the 19th.

We apologies again for letting you down, hopefully when our lives get a bit more settled we will look to 2023 fairs but currently we don't know what the future is holding.

Hello crafters!! Unfortunately due to a clash with Livingston Football Club, we no longer have the Almondvale Suite for the date advertised on 20 November 😞

We have however managed to secure the Canon Hoban Hall (+ The Lesser Hall) in Broxburn for SATURDAY 19 NOVEMBER.

If you have sent in an application form for the November date and would still like to come, please email us on [email protected] expressing an interest. If you haven't applied before, please contact us - we will likely have a lot of applications from makers of wax melts, candles, bath bombs and jewellery so please do not be disappointed if you are not successful.

Just to let everyone know that we appear to have been targeted by a scammer - HELEN FELISIA - posing as an organiser of Voodoo Unicorn Craft Events and requesting your details and payment for our November event.

We have NOT contacted anyone regarding the November event as yet and when we do, it will be via email from the Voodoo Unicorn email address and no other way.

Please do not send your details or any payment to this person as we are definitely NOT collecting anything at the moment.

Agnes Maclean Glass is coming in June to showcase her wonderful glasswork, dragons, dinosaurs, unicorns for those wanting something magical and patterns, florals and pets as well. The colour mixes are phenomenal!

It was hardwork choosing some photos for Carnwath Crafts as there is some amazing items, they do cards, frames, plaques, notebooks and I am sure much more. Did you know they can make their own paper as well 😲

Some of you wonderful people will have met the very talented Michelle from Aviewtopaint before. She does amazing artwork not only with scenery but with animals as well. Her highland cows never fail to make people smile...some might find them a-moo-sing

Coming to our event in June is Maria Loves Crafting who makes homemade sewn crafts for pets and their humans. She does some amazing custom work and has a lot of fabulous superhero inspired makes hopefully coming to our event as well

Mumma Luvems will be bringing her amazing bath bombs, salts and rocks to to our event in June, she also created bows and her own range of clothing for wee ones. With 3 little boys running around we have no idea how Kelsey manages to fit in time for fitting it all in. With colour, glitter and unicorns how is anyone going to stay away from her stall?

Hey everyone! We have 2 great events already organised in the amazing Almondvale Suite at Livingston Football Club Stadium on Sunday 19 June and Sunday 20 November!

We are crafters and are looking for fellow crafters to take part in these fairs selling hand made and hand crafted goods.

There will be 2 stall levels - with table hire and bring your own table. We have a limited number of tables to hire with the venue.

We will be asking for email applications but initially if you are interested please pop your name here :)

Points to note:
1. All stall holders will be required to present their own current Public Liability Insurance
2. If selling any type of foodstuffs, relevant hygiene certificates, etc will be needed.
3. We will not be accepting any franchise goods such as Body Shop, FM, Scentsy, etc as these are crafting events.
4. We will be limiting the number of stalls for people applying with the same crafts so please don't take offence if you are not successful - we will swap about to keep it fair though.
5. Please only bring items you have listed when applying as we will ask that items randomly added at a later date be removed especially if they are wax melts, soaps, candles, etc where we have stalls dedicated to these items.
6. Table sizes must be 6ft maximum.

Full details of the costs, etc will be posted in the next few days so keep your eyes peeled!!
