I’ve been doing meat pies for almost 20+ years- at first it was hot picante I sold them during the fairs- every now and then.
Since then Jason & I started Hatch Green chili- I only use the best ingredients, my kitchen or work space is always clean I carry NM & AZ food handlers, I will not make anything I will not eat myself or feed my family.
We always hear others meats are not cooked right still doughy or tastes like mutton 🤣😂 others are greasy and soaked with oil.
Like I stated 20 years of the right temperatures, perfect ingredients- I didn’t just Jump on the band wagon, Jason& I created this PERFECTION 7 years ago.
Once you have one of ours you’ll understand when you tastes others.
