SOLD OUT!!!!

We have now officially sold out of tickets for our bonfire night this Saturday! We are sorry if you missed out but we really look forward to welcoming all those that got tickets this weekend!! Please see below some important information about our event!!

⚽ Every person including children MUST HAVE A TICKET!!!
⚽ Gates open at 6pm and shut at 6:45pm
⚽ The Fireworks are scheduled for 7:40pm (slight change)
⚽ Wear appropriate footwear and clothing (it's very muddy)
⚽ No food and drink to be brought on site
⚽ No sparklers are allowed on site under any circumstances
⚽ All staff are volunteers please be respectful
⚽ Please respect boundaries they are there to protect you and keep everyone safe

BONFIRE NIGHT!!

After the success of last years bonfire night we are delighted to be brining you our 2nd annual Bonfire Night from JC Park! This year will be bigger and better than last with a full fireworks display, an impressive bonfire, a giant LED screen playing music and showing live action throughout the night, great food and drink and more!

At our event on Saturday the 25th of May we will be showing the FA Cup Final Live on our giant screen!! Just £5 entry and all the amazing activities listed below!! We will also have PS5 4 player Gaming available on the big screen throughout the day!!

BRIXHAM FAIR RETURNS!!

We are delighted to announce our 2nd annual Brixham Fair! After last years amazing success we have made this year event bigger and better with some exciting new activities and some returning favourites! We have an amazing line up of entertainment and a stunning variety of market stalls and food options! We pride our festival last year on being affordable to all and this year is no different! For just £5 you can get unlimited access to the inflatables all day, Nerf Arena free with your entry ticket and affordable food options just to name a few!

We also have for this year a Giant interactive screen that will show the FA Cup Final Live, as well as offer the chance of interactive games, show live video links from in and around the event and at the end of the day show highlights from the day.

Don't miss out of the biggest event of the summer and get your tickets below! We will also be offering tickets on the day if they don't sell out but please note we are limited by out TEN to 500 people! There is NO PARKING at this event!

Devastated!!!

I am absolutely devastated to tell you all that after the horrendous weather we have had over the past few hours on top of what is forecast for tomorrow and Friday morning we have had to make the incredibly hard decision to cancel our family food and music festival! There has been so much hard work gone on behind the scenes to try to get an event on in Brixham this Easter bank holiday weekend but the weather is something that is out of our control! As you can see by the photos attached today has well and truly ruined our chances! I am really sorry to anyone that has been let down! All those with tickets should have received an email with details of how to use their ticket on the next event in May! Again we really do apologise we are as gutted as anyone to have to make this really hard decision but safety of everyone comes first!

WEATHER ADVISE!!

We would like to advise all that plan on attending our event this weekend to wear suitable footwear! Our site is currently wet and the rain is meant to be worse tomorrow! Luckily the wind direction is south westerly which for our site is good as we have a fair amount of protection from the hedge lines!

The current forecast and rain maps are showing for it to be a much clearer afternoon Friday and for those that have not bought tickets due to the weather we will be selling tickets on the door however once these are sold out there will be no more entry!

All our food and music acts remain the same however a slight change to the activites is that we will no longer be doing the slip and slide due to the weather. Instead this will now be dodgeball, team games and our extremely popular Among Us Game.

We also have a new activity for the event which will be run by the 1st team captain and vice captain at Brixham Town FC and can be seen in the photo below! Don't let the weather ruin what will be a great weekend nonetheless and get your tickets below!!

BRIXHAM FAMILY FOOD & MUSIC FESTIVAL

We still have tickets available for our food and music festival this Friday at JC Park!! Please see below some important information for the event!!

No Parking!

There will be no parking at JC Park for the event! We ask that people be respectful of our neighbours when parking on North Boundary Road or walk to the event where possible!

Weather!

We are keeping a close eye on the weather forecast and have a large 100 person marquee lined up for our performance area to try our best to keep the event on. If it is too cold for our water activities we have some great back up games for all your children such as our very popular among us game, dodgeball and team games! Our Easter Egg hunts and Nerf activities will take place regardless of weather!

Toilet Facilities!

We have limited toilet facilities on site however The Trawler pub is only a very short walk across the road from JC Park which has more toilets available! Unfortunately we currently do not have disabled access toilets and these events are trying to help us raise the funds to add these facilities to JC Park.

Location!

Our event will be held at JC Park, North Boundary Road TQ58LH! Please note the event will run solely on our back pitches and our front pitches must not be used at this event.

Ages Ranges!

Children under the age of 5 are not permitted to enter the activities area due to health and safety. Children 4 or younger will therefore be given free entry to this event.

Activity Area!

Our activity Area has a maximum of 60 children entering at one time! Our lead coach Ricco will be on hand to ensure children get a fair amount of time on each activity and monitor this.

FAMILY FOOD & MUSIC FESTIVAL!!!

We promised something big and here it is!! BDA are so proud to announce our first event of the year! The event will take place on good Friday and tickets must be purchased before the event! We have limited tickets available and expect to sell out so early booking is highly advisable!

Ticket price is £5 per person. This price includes your entry plus free access to all activities for the children and access to the music. Food and Drink will be additional cost and we have a variety of different options for you to indulge and try out different options!

Tickets go on sale on Tuesday the 27th at 8pm. To purchase your tickets you will need to message the page with the amount of tickets you would like. You will then be sent the terms and conditions of your booking and a link to pay for your tickets. Once paid you will receive a booking confirmation with your ticket via email which will need to be shown on the day for entry. The tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Any messages that are received before the date set above will not be included. Please be patient with response times and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
