Making it official !

Legally, you must have two witnesses who are over 18 years old to witness you wedding ceremony.

Traditionally, the best man and maid of honour have been the go-to choices but there is no strict rule who you should choose.

I encourage couples to include someone in the family who is not a part of the Bridal Party to have that honour.

How do I choose my wedding date ?

Venues book 12-24 months in advance, so checking with venues prior to choosing a date is the first step. From there, you can narrow down the venue selection and pick your wedding date based on their availability. If sequential dates and similar date patterns is what you are after, make sure you get in early as they tend to be extremely popular.

11.01.2025 , 25.01.2025, 22.02.2025, 15.03.2025 05.04.2025, 25.04.2025 (Friday), 10.10.2025 (Friday) & 12.12.2025 (Friday).

Sophie and Mitchell married at Stonebarn on 17th December 2022. Sophie came across an Instagram post of Stonebarn and thought the venue looked amazing. Stonebarn was therefore the first venue they looked at after getting engaged. They instantly fell in love with the place and booked it straight away...
