FRESH—bright green always feels clean and fresh to me. Fresh berries in antique crystal also helps. Sunrise picnics are the perfect way to start the day. The warm biscuits and gravy also help.

TABLE DETAILS & LIGHTING—I love how much the look changes with the lighting. Pink glasses and bread plates are antiques. Dinner was fresh baked bread and herbaceous butter, my favorite pasta dish, and chocolate cake with berries.

SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PICNIC—this couple from Idaho came to Southern Utah for a little vacation and a Sand Hollow beach picnic. I totally missed photos of the food, again, but it was BBQ brisket from , our herbaceous cheesy potatoes, veggies and taco dip, corn bread muffins and buttermilk syrup, with brownies for dessert.

MANY HATS—we provide set up, decor, and food services. At this bridal expo at we helped them with the VIP tables, added some pink lanterns/vases and throw pillows around the room, and created a fun spread of savory and sweet bites for the guests and vendors Friday night. While we love both sides of this, we are always happy to help with either set up or food and work with other vendors to make your special event extraordinary!

DINNER PARTY—this was especially fun for me. Tonight I got to serve dinner to the administrative team of Six of the nine people I worked with for years and one was my old boss .gems.with.amanda Tablescape is rustic metals, black, and green. The green glasses are crystal from the turn of the 20th century. It was also really fun to do something in Copper Rock.

TABLE DETAILS—sage, creams, and white. Classic colors always beautiful in Southern Utah. The china is antique and has raised accents. The napkins were a gift from my MIL, who inherited them from her mom. The florals are dried.

CLASSES—I’ve never promoted this, but love doing it and would love to get the word out. I can teach charcuterie board building with our fun pairings OR great ways to cook clean and/or vegan food. This would be perfect for a girls night in, a fun activity for family reunions and retreats, and a great way to have a unique activity with a meal to share afterwards. Add on a sourdough class for something really special!

TABLE DETAILS—a fun gluten free spread. Empty bowl is for the warm sausage pepper dip, served last to stay hot. I loved adding a snuggle spot down the beach for them to enjoy after the sunset. Note the drinks. 😘

TABLE DETAILS—this picnic was filled with special touches. Antique Noritake china, antique Indiana glass, for pops of sage, pink, and golden yellows. Food is our pear-blue cheese salad with a walnut mustard vinaigrette, charcuterie bites, and a cheesecake shaped like a pumpkin. Beautiful photos by thank you for capturing this! 🤎

TABLE DETAILS—he said she loves emerald, black, and pink. We do too! Teal crystal glasses are antiques. Pops of dried flowers in black vases. Most importantly, she said yes when he popped the question at sunset.
