these guests chose to spend their day learning how to grow their businesses, so a boring beige conference room was never going to cut it 🎪✨🌸🍋🟩🌻
this was a full-day educational event for , and obviously we wanted it to look really cool. but looking good was only part of the assignment.
we set up a live engraving bar so guests could customize their branded tumblers and leave with a favor they’d actually use again. a strategy bar gave people a reason to get out of their seats, stop, ask questions, and actually engage with what they were learning. a headshot bar meant everyone walked away with something useful for their own business. and obviously we brought in swings and a hat patch bar for cocktail hour because who doesn’t love a swing to decompress after a full day of learning?!
color, texture, personality, and fun everywhere, but none of it was decoration for decoration’s sake. every single piece was designed to keep people learning, interacting with the brand, interacting with each other, and remembering the experience long after they left.
this is the kind of work we live for: brands, activations, and corporate events that don’t feel corporate 🤍
