I know you’re thinking about the most epic fine dining, munchies inspired, infused dining experience In town! I am so excited to cook for you, I know I’m going to have a blast, and I know you will too! We’re a little more than 2 weeks away and of course there’s limited seating available, so act fast and hit me up to get on the list!

Four Twenty Eve? Save the date! I’m thrilled to announce my upcoming event taking place on Friday, 4/19, on the eve of our favorite “high”-liday! As the weather warms up, it’s an exciting time for chefs as all sorts of new and limited wild produce start popping up. Fiddleheads, morels, and ramps are among the favorites, adding incredible flavor and versatility to any dish.

The menu for Waldo’s Caribbean Dinner will feature the ultimate secret supper club experience: four courses, two surprise bites, a welcome beverage, and a farewell beverage, all in one unforgettable night. Plus, there will be some sponsors onboard, so you might just snag some freebies! With a DJ spinning tunes, art, and possibly a performance, and, of course, everything perfectly paired with your favorite plant (if you so desire), this is guaranteed to be a absolute bash!

Due to some incredibly fortunate circumstances and events, I've decided to push back the Campo to Table 2 event for a few weeks. The new scheduled date for this amazing experience will be Friday, October 6th (10/6). Baby Theo decided to make his grand entrance two weeks early, and he didn't want to miss out on all the fun!
If you couldn't make it this Friday or were hoping for a sponsorship slot that didn't get approved by your brand in time, you've now got a little extra time to make plans for this premier event. I absolutely love this plant and all its forms. I’ve had a long relationship with it… but creating beautiful dishes and memorable experiences using this plant, has been the most fulfilling time of all. Fusing my cultural background 🇩🇴, what I grew up eating, and what I’ve learned inside and outside the kitchen is what truly keeps me going.
