Creating your wedding seating chart can be both exciting and challenging. Here are some tips and steps to guide you through the process of crossing ‘Finalize Seating Chart’ off your wedding to-do list!

📌Gather Guest List Information
Start by finalizing your guest list. Make sure you have a clear idea of how many guests will be attending your wedding.

📌 Categorize your Guests
Divide your guest list into categories, such as family, friends, coworkers, etc. This will help you organize the seating arrangements effectively

📌 Lock in your Layout & floor plan
Work with your venue and planner to finalize your table placement based on your venues layout

📌 Children and Elderly Guests
Be mindful of the comfort of elderly guests and children. Seat them closer to the center or away from loud music, if necessary.

If you didn't know, I use to work for a large venue in Napa Valley, as an 'Operations Manager'... AKA, the Venue's Wedding Planner'
& TBH it kinda sucked. Not because I didn't like the job, but because I didn't get get a choice in who I was able to work with.

You’ve hired the Dj, photographer, catering team & have your venue. You have got all the details taken care of and are on top of your ISH.

This is great, but who will be the one to facilitate and manage all these great vendors on wedding day?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Will this be you? For your sake, I HOPE NOT!

Let me run this by you… Think of your wedding vendors as a bike (I know, kinda odd, but hear me out!)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What happens when one piece of your bike breaks, or something like a gear isn’t properly installed? It falls apart or it doesn’t work, right?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Well, a wedding planner might not be the actual bike, but the planners job is to be the one with eyes on this bike 110% of the time. They are the ones greasing up the gears before race and and the ones making sure all the parts are doing their own specific job.
