Creating your wedding seating chart can be both exciting and challenging. Here are some tips and steps to guide you through the process of crossing ‘Finalize Seating Chart’ off your wedding to-do list!

📌Gather Guest List Information
Start by finalizing your guest list. Make sure you have a clear idea of how many guests will be attending your wedding.

Divide your guest list into categories, such as family, friends, coworkers, etc. This will help you organize the seating arrangements effectively

Work with your venue and planner to finalize your table placement based on your venues layout

Let me run this by you… Think of your wedding vendors as a bike (I know, kinda odd, but hear me out!)

What happens when one piece of your bike breaks, or something like a gear isn’t properly installed? It falls apart or it doesn’t work, right?
