It’s that time of year 😷 🤧 . My go to simmer tea that I make for my wife and I when we’re beginning to feel under the weather.

I like to stick to natural remedies then over the counter medicine. This simple simmer tea works like magic 🪄.

Ingredients:

-1 orange (boost your immune system,Helps your body make collagen, a protein that heals wounds and gives you smoother skin).

-1 Lemon (high in vitamin C, a natural antioxidant which enhances the immune system and has antiviral and antibacterial properties).

-1 Tbsp of cloves (Boosts your immune system and protects you against infections of flu. It’s a source of healthy vitamins and minerals that can promote your health and immunity. It’s a great source of manganese, vitamin k, vitamin c, calcium, magnesium).

-Thyme (Treats colds, coughs, and sore throat. Thyme is full of vitamin C for immune support, potassium, and manganese for bone development and blood clotting.)

-Rosemary(Antioxidants and Anti-compound to help boost the immune system and improve blood circulation. Helps improve memory performance).
