Fisher cutting blocks: $100, plated with cheese and meat and light fruit (great gift to bring bc to your Christmas Eve host)

Christmas box: $75 (three to four cheeses, salami and prosciutto)

No wooden trays available, except 8 x 8 smalls for $60 for 2-3 or a light appetizer for Christmas Eve.

Happy Friday! Due to my own hosting duties and busy schedule, I will not by be doing boards for Thanksgiving! However, if you have a gift card that you still need to use, I will be doing boards (ONLY for gift card holders) the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

Graze will remain open through the rest of the year for those who need to redeem gift cards a chance to do so. We’ll also do one weekend in December of holiday boards for all customers before closing shop for good! It’s been a great adventure, but the time has come to move forward! Thank you, Royal Oak, for all the love and support!

Back at it this morning with this “mad scientist” board for the coolest little one’s birthday party! What a great themed party! As a fellow former child mad scientist, I was thrilled to make this, and quite honestly had to hold back from splurging on dry ice and little Venus fly traps and a million other things.

Now accepting Halloween orders for Friday, Oct. 29 only! They’ll be festive and creative and have some tricks with all those treats.

Happy Father’s Day! Hope all the dads out there are enjoying their day, and if you still need a present, I recommend throwing together a special grazing board with all his favorites! This weekend I’ve seen boards on the charcuterie circuit with shelled peanuts, pork rinds, mini bottles of whiskey, ci**rs, craft beer, and a ton of bacon and jerky. Whatever he loves belongs on that board. Such a simple way to show your love and that you know him well! ♥️

Happy Father’s Day weekend to all the dads out there! Frankly I was a little bored with my usual options, so I chose a few different cheeses and meats than normal after a trip to Papa Joe’s. Bresaola is the “sister” to salami in beef form. The salami bouquet is mustard seed salami, and hidden under the chocolate covered pretzels is candied bacon. Cheeses include a picante blue, manchego, Brie, whiskey Bellavitano and a smokey gouda.

Friends,

I started Graze as a way for people to have a special night at home during the pandemic. I never imagined that it would take off the way it did! It helped me cope with a crazy time, and I hope it brought joy to you, too! Now that life is getting back to normal a bit, it’s time to move on and adjust.

Graze will no longer be accepting orders except on announced Fridays. ***All orders that have already been placed or are in discussion will be honored.*** I’ll be doing various pop-up Fridays throughout the summer and am available to book outdoor charcuterie classes for groups of five or more.

Pop-ups will be announced by Wednesdays. For example, I will be working this Friday, and TGIF boxes are available for $55. Dm to place an order.

Thank you to the community for so much love and support. You guys have blown me away with how you’re willing to support local small women-owned businesses. 💜 🌸 🧀 🍇 🌹 🥝

Enjoy your Memorial Day weekend! I made this fun summer board with baseballs, ice cream cones and even mini hamburgers with touches of patriotism to kick off summer. ☀️🍦 🍔 🌭 ⚾️ 🇺🇸

I’ll also be thinking of the precious lives lost of those in service. As the daughter and granddaughter of veterans, I know the heavy weight vets carry with them knowing they were able to come back when others didn’t. I don’t take for granted the sheer luck that I’m able to exist in this world and country of freedoms.♥️

🥀 🥀 🌹 Three roses!

I haven’t done a “fun in the kitchen” post in awhile bc life has been nuts. I was so excited to try making a fruit sando, that I put this together while making dinner tonight.

These beautiful Japanese sandwiches consists of mascarpone cheese, cream, and sugar whipped and spread between fluffy bread with various fruit cut outs. Perfect for a summer garden party, right?? 😍😍😍

In this case, I used a brioche, but Texas toast will also do. The tricky part is blindly cutting the fruit and hoping it turns out in flower form. 🌹 🍓

I’m also working on my gold dusted roses. Provolone is not normally on the menu, but it’s the only cheese flexible enough to shape properly. 😓 This pepper jack I practiced with is breaking, but you get the idea. Always good to have a work in progress...

The last rose, is this can of rose wine, which after the frustrations of breaking cheese and wasted mascarpone is going down nicely. 😊

Add a cooler bag to keep things fresh while you head out of town for $5. 🇺🇸 Stars and Stripes board will include gold gouda roses, chili mango goat cheese and merlot Bellavitano; a salami river and prosciutto; red, white and blue fruits.

Thank you, teachers! There is absolutely no way we can ever truly show appreciation for the hours you spend in class and out of class helping mold the future generation. When the school day ends, hours of work remain. Our teachers are incredible giving human beings who for an entire year worry about our children and work hard to make a difference in their lives any way they can.

Below is a centerpiece board with a brie thank you cake, salami roses, manchego points, cheddar hearts, strawberry Prosecco Wensleydale, and blueberry vanilla chèvre. The jar-cuterie below is a jar containing gouda blocks, sesame honey almonds, manchego points, salami rose, mini brie, a prosciutto ruffle with a blackberry and grapes (dang, I can’t believe I got that to fit). Not pictured are vegetarian jars with a dessert selection in the middle. Have a wonderful rest of the year St. Regis teachers!
