Hello friends and family, I have been selected to compete with Chef Carla Hall. This is a virtual competition where every week I will have to make 1 signature dish with a dessert, I have to pick 8 guests to enjoy the food and then vote online on the day off the competition. I will post the dates shortly. So, having said that I will be choosing 8 of my friends and family to enjoy the food until the competition is done. Ingredients
