"Creamy Avocado and Sweet Mango Salad
Ingredients:
• 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and chopped into bite-sized pieces
• 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped into bite-sized pieces
• 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. In a big mixing bowl, toss together the mangoes, avocados, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño pepper.
2. Squeeze the lime juice over the salad and gently mix everything together.
3. Season with salt and pepper, and give it another gentle toss to ensure even seasoning.
4. Cover the bowl and pop it into the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
5. When you're ready to serve, dish it up chilled and savor the refreshing blend of flavors!"
