We are excited to announce our brand new 8 week ROOKIE2ROCKY boxing for beginners camp!

STARTS: MONDAY 4th JULY

£120 per person.
3 x sessions a week
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 19:30.

In this camp you will acquire new skills and learn the foundations of Boxing 🥊

✅ HOW TO ATTACK AND DEFEND

✅ BASIC PADWORK AND BAGWORK
