Hailing from Philadelphia, 4D is an incredibly talented dubstep DJ and producer looking to make some serious waves in the bass community. His passion for music comes from growing up playing the drums and listening to a diverse blend of genres. Since then he has molded his own grungy bass sound filled with heavy hitting percussion and unique sound design. 🚨ARTIST SPOTLIGHT🚨 Born and raised in New York, SONACE is a producer, DJ, and co-founder of The Inner Circle Collective, an east coast based music collective. His style can be described as experimental electronic; drawing inspiration from artists such as G Jones, Flume, ODESZA, RL Grime, and even Hans Zimmer. From an early age, SONACE discovered his love for music through playing trumpet in his schools’ symphonic and jazz bands. SONACE was introduced into the beautiful and mysterious world of electronic music after discovering Skrillex’s famed ‘Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites’ EP in 2010. Throughout high school and college, SONACE picked up DJing, playing house parties and local events. He began producing after a piano teacher gifted him a laptop and a copy of Ableton live. His debut mix with The Inner Circle Collective received over 1,800 plays, and there are plenty of new projects in the works. These days, you’re most likely to find him making waves in Brooklyn’s underground electronic scene, or crafting new electronic pieces in his studio. Keep an eye out for more live shows and music in the near future! 🚨ARTIST SPOTLIGHT🚨 This month we’re bringing your attention to Ongun Savaş better known as SAVAS. You may recognize his name from Trap Nations’s playlists where his songs “Way Too Much” and “Rapture” have been featured. SAVAS is native to Turkey where he began cultivating his sound as the singer and guitarist in his own metal band (sound familiar)? When he moved to the US to attend high school, SAVAS began to try his hand at producing electronic music and we’re all glad he did. Currently, SAVAS resides in NYC producing Midtempo, Dubstep, and Trap music. His songs stay true to his heavy metal roots through the use of bass sounds so heavy they’re almost menacing skillfully interwoven with soft melodies to create a beautifully dark atmosphere that will leave you questioning whether you should headbang or cry. Savas has released tracks with Tribal Trap, Lowly, and Elysian Records and isn’t showing signs of slowing down any time soon so you know we had to grab him for one of our events.
