“Thistle + Vine” is a small floral shop dedicated to providing arrangements to clients that are fresh and unique.
We want all of our arrangements to be as “one-of-a-kind” as you are while bringing brightness and cheer to your home or business!
Our favorite part of floral design is brightening someone’s day. That made it so fun looking back on pictures for the Galentine’s Day event at where our floral arrangements were decoration for the event and given as prizes in a raffle! It was such a neat event we feel lucky to be a part of ❤️💐💝

Well it looks like chrysanthemums aren’t the only “mums” thistle + vine will be thinking about this fall. So happy to announce that my husband and I have our first little one on the way. But don’t worry- we’ve still got some great arrangements coming your way too!
Sorry for the lack of posts lately! We’ve been extra busy getting ready for fall, and we have some exciting news to share soon!
But in the meantime, here’s one of my favorite pictures of a bridal bouquet I’ve made. You can’t really see the bouquet all that well, but the picture really highlights the meaning and spirit behind all of our arrangements.

Well I am excited to post this eucalyptus wreath for sale for three reasons:
The first reason is that it’s such a cute fall wreath, and it will smell and look amazing for weeks or even months depending on the environment it’s kept in!
The second reason is that this beautiful wreath is only $30 (although we’re hoping to raise a little more- keep reading to see why!)
The third reason is because the money paid to buy this wreath will be going to a favorite organization of mine: Pregnancy Decision Health Center.
The pregnancy decision health center is a Christian organization that helps women (especially those without insurance) to get free STI testing, pregnancy testing, and prenatal care. This organization has helped so many women and families, and “Thistle + Vine” is dedicated helping them continue their work!

You see the thing about flowers is...sometimes they get a bad wrap. Something I’ve heard a lot is, “My significant other only gets me flowers if they know they’re in trouble.” 😂 And hey, it can be true. Many of the notes I’ve been asked to pin to an arrangement have said, “I’m sorry” or some variation thereof.
But flowers are more than an apology. They are a way to tell someone you love them or are thinking of them. They are a symbol of creation and beauty...of life even! They bring brightness and cheer into your home in such a simple way that sometimes we forget how effective a vase of flowers can be at making us smile.
Although some may use flowers as a way to say sorry...I’ve pinned on a lot more notes to my arrangements (including the one below) that say things like “happy 50th anniversary honey” or “thanks for being the best mother our child could have.” Those are the types of notes that show what flowers are really all about- showing love to the people who we can’t imagine living life without. ❤️
