My journey to becoming a wedding officiant began when my best friend Crystal, who did not want to have a traditional wedding, was having trouble finding someone to perform her wedding ceremony. I jokingly mentioned that it has been my childhood dream to officiate a wedding. Little did I know my dream would come true when Crystal asked me to marry her and her fiancé, Kevin, several months later!

On my path to self discovery, I’ve learned a lot about love, how blessed I have been to be surrounded by so many different forms of it and how love has helped shape me into who I am today.
