• I n t r o d u c t i o n•

Dave Siddall is a award winning Executive Chef with 28 years experience.

Each menu can be created to your personal requirements.

All that is left for you to do is confirm the time you want the service & your full event address. You will then be contacted to discuss your individual requirements and to put together a menu.

On the day of your event, the chef will arrive approximately 2 – 4 hours (depending on the menu) before the start of service. The chef will bring all the ingredients to prepare the meal in your kitchen. Dave will cook you each dish and then clean down the kitchen after.

Dave can cater up to a group of 14, but if your party is larger then 14, then please get in touch, and we can try to accommodate where ever possible.

A Waitering service can also be provided, please let us know at the time of booking.
