Nimba County is a county in northeastern Liberia that shares borders with the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire in the East and the Republic of Guinea in the Northwest. Its capital city is Sanniquellie and its most populous city is Ganta. With the county's area measuring 11,551 square kilometres (4,460 sq mi), Nimba is the largest of Liberia's 15 counties.
The county has Nine statutory districts. As of the 2008Census, it had a population of 462,026 why the Liberia 2023 population is estimated at 5,418,377 making it the second most-populous county in Liberia

The Nimba represents the mother of fertility, who is a protector of pregnant women and who presides over agricultural ceremonies. Nimba is the joy of living and the promise of an abundant harvest. During traditional ceremonies, Nimba is a cultural reminder of this Baga social practice.

This also going be a kick off match with a one day football and basketball tournament.

Arcelormittal Yekepa operation 2021, year end Bash and Award night will be featuring one of Liberia super star" (NATIF) and some top Nimba Artists including J Conanee, Greatness, Mega G, Brow Suger, Dr Ran, G Star, and Super star Dancer Amazkie.
