Next in our Black History Month series—because I’m making it a thing—we're coming in hot with Kimberly and Chris!

As proud Caribbeans, they celebrated their heritage beautifully, and we reflected that in the amazing vendor team we curated. delivered flawless glam for the bride and her girls, showed up and showed out with the floral design, and set the perfect tone for the ceremony. When it came to the party? had everyone on their feet (I could not stop dancing), and on the mic took the energy to another level—and kept it there!

The photos say it all—love, joy, celebration, and pure black excellence. Thank you to all the amazing vendors who made this day come to life for such a fab couple ✨️

I can't let Black History Month pass without celebrating some of the incredible black couples we've had the joy of planning with and the amazing black vendors we've had the pleasure of working alongside!

Starting with one of our faves - Tiffany and Chris! I've been eager to share their wedding because their joy is absolutely contagious. Their day was a beautiful nod to their Caribbean roots, brought to life by some truly spectacular black vendors— served up all the flavors we love, KEPT the dance floor packed, ’s steel pan drum made for an unforgettable ceremony entrance, and added a fun and interactive Caribbean flair to their reception!

Ms Patricia Thompson created the perfect ceremony for them where they also honored tradition by jumping the broom, a timeless tradition that will always be welcomed and celebrated 🧹✨️. came through with the flawless coordination for our couple at the end of the night to whisk them away. With the addition of our other amazing vendors, this day was one that absolutely lives rent free in my mind

In honor of national love your pet day, let's talk about 'em! Our pets are family (no matter what anyone says) and if you’re thinking about including yours in your special day, I’m very much here to support that decision - swipe for proof 🐾

They’ll bring so much joy into your day and even steal the show a few times, but we can't help but love it! Here’s a pro tip to make things a little easier if you do decide to include your pet in your day:

Assign a friend or hire a pet handler like to keep an eye on your pet and make sure they’re comfy, fed, and happy throughout the day. Pack ~many~ of their favorite treats and toys, and plan a quiet spot where they can relax when needed. A happy pet = a stress-free day for everyone
