It was an honour to create this fantastic 21st birthday scene for a client.
The brief: Pink, beige with a hint of boho.
I think we did it justice and created a chic, boho picnic scene that gave the special vibe our special birthday gal was after.
We named it ‘The Princess Diaries Luxe picnic’ as we felt it was magical and would trigger many wonderful stories to go in those diaries of yours!

Our limited edition festival picnic scene for hire, in all its full glory!

The stories generated at a festival stay with you forever: the bands you saw, the time when your dungaree strap fell into the compost loo, when you got lost and couldn’t find your tent...the stories are endless! This week we have been building up to launch a few new products from the Never Ending Stories Team. We have already dropped the limited edition festival picnic scene and now we want to introduce you to Bella our new bell tent - which will provide a perfect lounge area to compliment our picnic tables. Just have a look at her, we love her! Updated prices will be dropped over the weekend along with our full festival picnic scene which includes Bella. Orange - I love orange! A friend reminded me this week about the orange dress I wore for my hen do some 25 years ago this year.....I still have it in the loft and just thinking about it stirs up fond memories and there are stories to tell but not on this page!!!! It’s all about the ‘Never Ending Stories’ we can create! Why not hire one of our picnic party packages and create new everlasting stories with your friends and family. Also as I’m rambling on about oranges, I can share that the colour orange and oranges feature in our Breakfast Club home picnic package - ideal to hire for a special breakfast or brunch. We maybe a picnic event service but at team Never Ending Stories we aim to reuse or recycle where we can. This chair has been lovingly restored so we can include it in our picnic packages to bring that special glam touch, perhaps for a hen, or 21st celebration. ,

All the pinks are included in this picnic package and what is better than bright pink set against a bright blue sky. Pop that cork and chill in this vibrant and bubbly scene. In addition to the standard settings across all our packages included as supplementary to this package is a sun umbrella, screen* and funky bottle cooler, with a bottle thrown in for a party of 12. We can’t guarantee the blue sky but we are sure this scene will lift your spirits and help your party glow from the inside.

You provide the garden, food, refreshments and guests and we will set the scene for you to create new everlasting stories with your friends and family, and just be so pretty in pink!

Our Breakfast Club scene combines the colours of oranges and lemons with sky blue and pulls on modern and retro items to give you a unique breakfast/brunch experience. As well as the standard settings across all our scenes this package also includes a vintage serving trolley, screen* and hammock*.

You provide the garden, the food, refreshments and the guests and we will set the scene for you to have a great time and create new stories with your friends and family. Easy like a Sunday morning!

Our Blue Velvet picnic scene oozes sophistication and elegance. With its soft blue toned velvet central swag, and eye catching faux flower centre piece, gold cutlery, draping with pearls and gold lanterns it provides a fantastic setting for that special celebration or occasion, or just a nice evening with your friends where you can get dressed up to the nines, or wear ‘blue velvet’ if you want to get in the mood. This screen is one of our supplementary items which we can use where clients are happy for us to peg down to ensure it’s secure and safe for you. We think it provides a fantastic backdrop to our scenes and a real boundary for your event. Who would have thought this photo was taken in someone’s garden. Thinking that each of our three picnic scenes you will be able to hire come with, as standard: cutlery, plates, glasses, napkins, plate chargers, faux flowers and vase, faux plant, table cloth/swag, picnic seating, picnic table, rug, lights or candles and we will then supplement with extra items to fit the scene theme and make it stand out and special for your picnic soirée

Let us set the party scene for you...We will be launching three party picnic scene packages on the 7th June, which will be available for you to hire from the 25th June onwards. We will set up in your garden, leave you to have fun and collect at the end of your hire period.

Available local to Exeter, and within a 20 mile radius*, we are inspired by bringing people together to create stories and memories that are everlasting.

Our packages are made up of standard items and enhanced with bespoke props and wares that bring the scene to life. We try to re-use and re-cycle items and props and use retro, vintage and one off items across our range, so they are unique.

Standard items - these are included across all our packages:-

Picnic seating
Picnic table
Cutlery
Plates
Plate chargers
Glasses
Napkins
Faux flowers 🌸
Vases
Tablecloth or Swag
Faux plant
Rug
Lights or candles and holders

Supplementary items - we will select items to bring your scene to life, these could include: screens, sun parasols, serving trolleys, table arches, one off retro, vintage, prop items to bring that little extra to you scene and your party experience.

Additions - These can be arranged at additional cost):
- Balloon and/or balloon arches
- 🌸 fresh flowers and centre pieces

Others at your request where we can oblige

* please note we can provide our services further a field than our 20 mile radius around Exeter, yet a mileage fee will be charged on top of the package fee.
