We love to travel the world! But there are times when we can't get up and go when we please for one reason or another. So why not travel through food? Have a destination dinner party!

Welcome to Tuscany, Italy!
To start:
Mushroom bruschetta
Tuscan style steak bites
Crispy polenta topped with olive tapenade
Dinner:
Ribollita Soup (Tuscan bean soup)
Tuscan Salad
Pappardelle al Cinghiale (Wild Boar Ragu)
Rosemary and Parmesan Pane Toscano (Tuscan bread)
Dessert:
Cantucci and Vin Santo (almond cookie dipped in Tuscanys "Holy Wine")

We hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving. We were able to spend time with our family on Thanksgiving as well as host a Friendsgiving.
Menu consisted of:
Butternut Squash soup with a maple cream drizzle
Pumpkin Ravioli in a brown butter & sage sauce
Red wine braised turkey legs
Truffle mashed potatoes
Honey & thyme roasted carrots
Rosemary & thyme pull apart bread
And for dessert-
Pecan pie poke cake (not pictured)

We had the pleasure of catering a baby shower for a sweet couple. That is one lucky baby to be a part of your family. May the baby be blessed with good health, love and laughter. Congratulations!

Jicama Salad
Beef Empanadas
Rice and Stewed Beans
Chimichurri Chicken
Latin Style Braised Short Ribs

After a long hot weekend of catering we treated ourselves with a nice little dinner ..
Grilled crostini with goat cheese and hatch pepper
Grilled lobster and filet mignon with basil parmesan butter
Truffle mushroom ravioli
