2 years of Langley Ever After 🥹 It feels like a lifetime ago that I started this business and it has been such an immense source of joy over the past 2 years. We have seen an upward trend for couples opting for “documentary style” photography and videography. Here are a few tips for achieving this style. 👇🏼 Besides of course hiring a photographer/videographer whose style is “documentary”, you can implement these few things to have the best results with your photos and videos! ✨ Leave room in your timeline. - Don’t rush things. If you need to add an hour of coverage to your photo/video team so your day isn’t as rushed, I promise it will be worth it. ✨ Be in the moment. - Remember that this is your wedding day and you should enjoy it. Your joy will be reflected in your photos and videos. ✨ Hire professionals. - If you have hired professional vendors and a planner/coordinator, you can rest assured that everything is taken care of. What’s the difference between a venue coordinator and a professional planner? 1. Venue coordinators don’t communicate with your vendors for you (your planner does) 2. The venue coordinator’s main role is to lookout for the venue, not the couple (planners prioritize you as the couple) 3. Venue coordinators aren’t familiar with the details of each vendors’ specific roles and how to support them on your wedding day (planners work with your vendor team to ensure your day is flawless) 4.
