It's Giving Tuesday, friends! We've shared a bit about this wonderful program before, but let us take a moment to formally introduce you to our non-profit partner, The Love Grows Program!

This transformative tuition free preschool program serves families facing poverty in our local community through high quality early childhood education, and wraparound services that support the whole family. Emergency financial assistance, early intervention services, and an on-site resource pantry are just a few of the ways the program ensures the whole family, not just their preschooler, are supported and set up for long term success.

As a parent of two children who have benefitted from the loving environment of The Growing Room Preschool, I can speak from experience about the growth and development I've seen in my own children while spending time in these programs during their formative years. It is that experience that led me to serve as the Board Vice President and lead planner of the annual fundraising gala - this program is truly so near and dear to my heart.

During the hours of 3pm-4pm on this Giving Tuesday, em + elle events will match every donation made to the program. Even if you are not able to donate during this time, any support we receive today is so deeply appreciated.

Additionally, em + elle events will be donating 10% of all new event bookings in the month of December. If you or anyone you know is looking for a planner (and a way to make a difference!) we'd love to work with you!

We love a design challenge that comes with a unique reception space! When planning for 200 guests to dine + dance in the grand lobby of and , there are many logistics to consider. Much of the furniture can be moved out, but some fixtures are permanent and must become a part of your design.

At this venue, there are permanent restaurant tables (wooden and beautiful!) but must be used for guest seating. We developed a floor plan that includes a feature head table and FOUR additional table designs that complement one another, and also accommodate the types of table shapes and sizes we're working with.

The result was an upscale experience, and an elegant, candlelit space for A + M to enjoy with their closest friends and family all evening. ✨
