Happy Friday, everyone!

One week from tomorrow, on Saturday, 14 December, The Annual Room Two Christmas Party will take place in Blackfriars of Bell Street's amazing basement venue.

The night features six hours of dance music, kicking off at 10pm with a gorgeous soulful warmup, and as the night progresses, the tempo builds and builds to a full-on trance anthems finish at 4am.

This night has been sold out for weeks, and the DJs are four original Tunnel Club Glasgow residents, from the left Michael Kilkie DJ and DJScottMackay (The Ark Fridays) and Kevin McFarlane and Stephen Lee (Triumph Saturdays).

We can’t wait for it! If everyone who bought tickets turns up, it will be rammed. Hundreds of people losing their s**t in a low-ceilinged basement venue with a big f**k-off sound system.

The mighty Ark returns to its new home Radisson RED Glasgow on Friday, June 21 for the first ever Summer Ball.

The flagship Friday at the heart of The Tunnel’s glory days is back in the iconic glass box in the sky as Ark captains Simon Foy and Duncan Reid reunite with long-term resident Scott Mackay.

Think legendary 90s nights under the streets of Glasgow, brought back to glorious life high above the city in the multi award-winning RED Sky Bar.

Running from 7pm – 1am, expect familiar faces and classic Tunnel anthems – and why not do it in style with an overnight stay?

Hey everyone,

Busy week ahead, so just sharing this information just now.

The Room Two Christmas party kicks off at 10pm next Saturday, 16th December.

As you will be aware, this is our very first party in Blackfriars of Bell Street, and we’re very excited! The sound and lighting in the venue is tremendous and will really add to the atmosphere.

If you are going directly to the event, entry is via the side door on Albion Street (see pic). Upon entering, you will go downstairs into the basement, where there is a cloakroom just at the bottom of the stairs, before you enter the club room.

James and Michael will be scanning you in using the Skiddle app, so make sure to have your Skiddle e-tickets.

The bar in the club has a good selection of drinks, and if you plan to go out earlier, the upstairs bar is very busy on a Saturday night, so it should have a great vibe.

We’ll be in there from about 9pm getting a drink beforehand, so if you’re about, we can scan you in earlier.

Remember, the front door and the cloakroom are controlled by the Blackfriars team, so be on your best behaviour and don’t be a 'Christmas night out f***y'.

We should point out that all of us have always been amazingly well-behaved at every party we’ve had, so we don’t expect any issues, we just need to make sure you’re aware of who’s in charge. We’re the guests.

This party has been sold out since June 2023 and it’s now only six days away! Michael and Scott are both confirmed and we can’t wait to see you all, it’s going to be amazing!
