Ladies night was a success and lots of fun finished off with some wine and cheese for our hard work.

I (Bev) will be running a ladies only Thursday night fitness session from 6.30pm -7.30pm. It will be 30 minutes of weight/resistance and 30 mins of hitting a few tennis balls followed by a BYO wine and nibbles if you like 😁. No previous tennis experience is required and no burpees or star jumps. Don't feel shy because it is completely non judgemental and a really lovely friendly bunch of ladies. $5 each and $2 for under 18. The tennis club is inside the Nambour Showgrounds to the right. Hope to see you there.
