Everything we did for a destination wedding over four days with a team of five in less than 2 minutes! This wedding took place in a national forest in southeastern Wyoming and it could not have been more beautiful!! It was a whirlwind and we had an amazing time helping to ensure everything went smoothly. People love to ask us “What do coordinators do even do?” This video is a great example of all the little things people don’t realize coordinators handle for a wedding that aren’t even listed in our description of services! Of course we handle the big picture things like timeline, layout, and vendor contact. But in truth we do all the things that would fall to the couple if we weren’t there!
