This one is going to ruffle some feathers but more importantly it’s going to change some lives.

Coming from the poverty line, I was always taught that debt was bad. So I avoided it like the plague and I delayed my success because of it.

When I discovered that the “rich” leverage debt to “build companies” it all clicked in for me. I was also a little pi**ed that “my people” never got that memo. The caste system is real y’all. Core beliefs have been taught to us by previous generations through their own perceived limitations. It’s a tricky world out there but here’s what I know to be true…

I wouldn’t have been able to build a business, build a team, publish two best selling books, become an award winning international inspirational speaker, become certified in human design, invest in healing my trauma and personal development coaching, plus so much more if …

I didn’t put those investments on a credit card.

The $10k I invested to learn how to build the first and only hotel floral certification program has returned me multi 6-figures….just one example of how I leveraged my credit card.

I get it. Investments can be scary AND you are your greatest ROI. When you have skin in the game…there is no way you can loose. You’re all in.

So whatever the thing is that you believe is standing between where you are and where you want to go, is just waiting for you to claim it. And if there is a credit card that makes that possible, then let me dismantle the shame around “borrowing” the money for a short term that most of your friends and family wouldn’t even be willing to extend. Because it’s a business transaction.

You’ll get there one way or another. Just one way is faster and time is a non renewable currency.

I tend to attract action takers, trend setters and Trail Blazers.

Which makes sense because that’s exactly who I am. Even in senior high school English class, as I watched a hotel being built day after day, I knew. I’d work for a hotel one day. Which honestly was “super weird” when it came to college applications because it was soo…specific.

Four years later I graduated with a Hotel Management degree and went on to work for a Regional Vice President. Not the average job for a recent college graduate. But let’s be real, I’m not an average kind of person.

A year later I found myself in Dubai, following the greatest love affair of my life. As a by product I landed myself in a corporate position working hotel owners and operators. I felt like I had climbed my way to the top, at lightning speed.

But that’s not where the story ends. In fact it was only the beginning. The experience and know how to navigate the world of hospitality that later on I decided to apply to floral business. When weddings and seasonal income just weren’t lighting me up.

Today I’ve helped over 250 florists create a life they are actually wildly obsessed with. Not just by creating consistent income without weddings or by working with hotels. But by truly being seen for the insanely talented floral artists that they are and how they support their luxury hospitality clients effortlessly in their business.

This year there is a new set of florists in town and I can feel their passion for the hospitality industry just like mine. In 2017 I quickly grew from a few low budget customers into a $100k+ year through one hotel partnership. And that was just the beginning…

This client came to me with a 9-5 and jumped into fully owning her business to replace her salary.

A few months ago, I celebrated with her landing not 1…or 2…or even 3 hotel accounts but 4 HOTEL CLIENTS!

If this is possible for them, and me, I promise it’s possible for you.

I want to share this because for most florists, the reasons they aren’t hitting higher years are all very similar…

💐When it comes to increasing pricing there are huge blocks and fears around doing so and actually receiving that money. Hello “fear of being judged” for making a lot of money;
💐Misaligned prices meaning they desire to work with higher budget clients but they’re still talking to lower budget clients in order to be relatable;
💐Prioritizing seasonal offers like Valentine’s Day or weddings versus focusing on consistent income through hotel partnerships and other luxury corproate clients;
💐Little sales knowledge and not understanding how to effectively sell annual contracts to luxury brands and instead keep pushing weddings because it’s comfortable;
💐Lack of personal power and emotional intelligence that allows them to KEEP showing up even when they don’t have the results yet...
💐They’re not committed to their audience of ideal buyers and instead focus on growing “just followers”. Meaning, getting new eyes on their floral offers and solutions, isn’t really happening. When they really need to prioritize consistency in content so they can actually speak and sell to their dream corporate clients.

I promise you, those dream clients are looking for you and are ready to pay. Meaning you can start creating consistent income, without weddings.
