and a full rack of St Luis Ribs for dinner.

9am - start squatting
Approx 10:30am - bench begins
Approx 12pm - deadlifts to finish it off
Approx 2pm - winners announced!!

After a few months of craziness. We are getting our stocks back up and preparing for some upcoming catering events.

After a 14 hour cook due to cooking the door off its hinges, the grain fed brisket from the always impressive Two Butchers It turned out Spectacular. The neighbours have been drooling all day, and its bagged and ready to go. $40 a kg have limited available. Message us to secure yours.

Once the door is rewelded we will be cooking regularly again.

Keep.an eye out especially at a strong woman event near you.
