shalman is an agent of transformation, passionate about inspiring people to become the very best version of themselves. He is a fervent student of life, having traveled across 50 countries doing many adventures and collecting rich and vibrant life experiences along the way.
Through his own personal journey that has led him to embody his authentic self-expression, Salman has learned that his purpose is to use his growing knowledge of life to guide and support others in discovering the paths to their own truth and removing the obstacles to their own freedom. In particular, he loves to create and lead experiences that reshape the way people live, work, play, and relate to one another. Ultimately, he envisions a positive future for humanity that is played out through the intersection of personal transformation,
psychedelics, and playful connections.

found his way into the Flow sports and traveling lifestyle when he started bicycle touring in 2013, meeting many incredible people on his travels between Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California and Mexico. He discovered Highlining, a love for rope work, and various other circus disciplines during those years of travel. Recently, Mike is still cycling, slacklining, and practicing acroyoga in the PNW.

⚡️ Melissa Herrera
is a Costa Rican multidisciplinary artist as a dancer, DJ, singer and aerialist! A naturally playful spirit, Meli is always striving for more knowledge and art in her life. Her superpower is liberating your body through dance by connecting you with the music and your own flow so you can also feel embodied and free.
Her education in dance started with HipHop and contemporary at 14. Soon after, she was performing in shows, combining acting and acrobatics. She’s also educated in Ballet, Jazz, and Latin dances.
Meli has competed nationally, winning best choreography and best overall score in front of dance icons like Galen Hooks and Ashley Everett, Beyoncé’s backup dancer.
As a DJ, she transforms into Medussa as she bridges techno, down tempo, organic house, and disco, performing at Sinergia Movement and Consciousness Festival, Nahual Spirit Festival, and you can often find her behind the decks in the San José club scene.

Planeta began her research path of the body and movement at the early age of 4 and became a professional dancer at 20. Her career as a hatha yoga teacher began in 2011. In 2019, she was certified as a SUP yoga instructor and in 2021 she completed a profound one year teacher training at Sacred Self School.
She’s also trained as holistic body therapist, floral therapist, initiated as Moon Mother®️ by Miranda Gray, a certified Madretierra®️ menstrual therapist, guides women's circles and attends individual and group therapeutic sessions.
Planeta has been teaching the arts of moving for over 20 years; exploring different styles and techniques such as yoga, acroyoga, SUP yoga, contemporary dance, contact improv, intentional movement and alchemical experiences; and this has lead her to create empowering workshops, courses and retreats where participants tap into their inner and unique power.
Enthusiastic about the paths for self-knowledge, she shares the intention of providing tools that support explorers on their way towards their own truth and power. Planeta has a high confidence in people's ability to enjoy their many talents that only need to be discovered and honored.

⚡️ Kaelyn Rogers
Kaelyn has been practicing various styles of yoga for over 12 years. She completed her 200-hour therapeutic yoga teacher training for healthcare professionals from the Holistic Yoga Therapy Institute and has subsequently engaged in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga training programs in the United States, India, Nepal, and Thailand.
Kaelyn has founded acroyoga communities across the US and has been teaching acroyoga workshops and intensives both nationally and internationally since 2013. She also shares her knowledge of movement in one on one and group yoga sessions for both able bodied and differently abled individuals.
Kaelyn’s teaching focuses on finding strength within range of motion in order to improve stability within the joints and prevent injury. She utilizes her knowledge of body mechanics from her Occupational Therapy background to both breakdown poses in an easy and accessible way and also provide cues to prevent injury and protect the body.

Playground Culture Creator Spotlight - Come learn from Adelina Trencheva!
Adelina has been traveling around the world from the young age of 8, adapting through a range of people, cultures and realities very different from her native Bulgarian home.
Through practicing different kinds of movement such as yoga, swimming, dancing, diving, climbing, and parkour, Adelina developed a clear vision and strong relation to her body.
Upon finding AcroYoga in 2013, she was amazed by the connection it creates between people by playing, trusting and communicating with each other. It quickly became her main passion and, shortly after, she got her certification with Partner-acrobatics.com.
Travelling around Asia, she trained in diverse bodywork techniques such as Thai Massage, Balinese Massage, Dasa Aksara, Energy Works, and Quantum Dialectics.
Currently teaching and attending various courses and workshops through Central America, Adelina continues sharing her practice with others while always learning more about movement, bodywork and our own bodies.
When facilitating workshops she focuses on finding alignment and playing safe while keeping the smiles on peoples’ faces.

She is also the founder of Mujeres Fuertes Costa Rica, a holistic self-defense project creating unique empowerment retreats around the country and region.
