😱We are filling up fast this year with bookings taking us into January 2025
🛎Our corporate menu requires 24 hours notice for bookings and requires full payment when placing your order.
🛎All other bookings require a £50 deposit to secure the booking, with the full payment due 7 days before the event.
🛎Plates, napkins and disposable forks are supplied with all of our buffets.

Yesterday we catered for a Burns' Night event.
To start, we served Cullen Skink, a traditional Scottish soup; main ingredients being milk, haddock and potato.
Now, anyone who knows me will know I PANIC, over EVERYTHING. I am not a chef, I'm a self taught cook, but I've learnt to be more confident within my business and my abilities.....but let me tell you, this soup was a real "trust the process" moment.
So, my dad is Scottish. He was interested to know what i was cooking at this event.
Fantastic, I thought! Great to get some advice from someone who will know!!
When I first told him Cullen Skink was the chosen starter, he looked at me with disgust, laughed and said "yuk, what made you choose to do that??" I didn't choose that, the event organiser requested it!
Excellant!
In the following hours, i sent multiple WhatsApp messages to my parents, seeking reassurance from my dad.....
Me; "it just looks like fish in milk!!"
Mum; "dad said that sounds right!"
🍲 🍜 ANYWAY let me tell you, that soup was absolutely delicious! The photo isn't convincing, but it really was!
The main was, of course, a Haggis dinner. A superb Chieftan, sent down from Scotland, fantastic quality, and well worth it.
This seems to be more of blog than a post, but hopefully makes for a lighthearted read.
Burns Night, another first for me, and one I thoroughly enjoyed getting my teeth into!

I have been quiet on here lately because I am awful at remembering to take photos, so here's a cheeky re-share of a graze table we did for a Christmas party almost a year ago!
I am making it my mission this weekend to update the page and pop up a price list for our buffets, graze tables, events packages and sit down dinners 👀
We do still offer hot meals delivered to your door, thank you to our customers who order every week, we have some fresh new winter meals dropping in the next couple of weeks.
We have chosen not to continue with deliveroo so you won't find us on there anymore, I personally found the amount it costs to be on the app out weighed the benefits. So for now, here is where you will find us. 🥰

Today we were at Hedca catering for their Christmas Dinner 😁 as usual I only had time to snap the starters 🤦♀️
We are starting to fill up for next year and we are now fully booked for buffets until the end of the year

I've been out the game for a few months due to being unwell, back at it with a bang tonight at Thorngate Hall, with a sit down 3 course dinner for 143 guests, in aid of a fundraising event for Alicia Pannell.
As per I snapped one photo of the prawn staters and one of one of our puddings, photo opportunities are a no go once it gets hectic 🤣
Our biggest even yet, blood and swear went into it, but no tears this time 🤣

Van conversion
We are fully booked tonight and tomorrow now, thank you! Long post alert! Sorry! So, we have some exciting news to share with you all. Late last year we started converting a huge van into a hot food van we have a way to go yet, but things are taking shape! In the next few months we will have a fully equipped mobile food van, selling our mexican food, burgers and some of our best sellers. We will still continue to provide the traditional home cooked foods! Once our van is up and running we will have the space and the equipment we need to be able to offer a live ordering service via a website (under construction 😂 🚧) this will be for the mexican food and burgers only, all other food will still need to be pre-ordered. Anyway, we want to get some practise in so we have roped in another delivery driver to help us.... On the 27th Feb we will be setting up all of our van catering equipment in our current premises and we will be releasing our "van menu" (how many more menus?? 😂) You will be able to message this page, order your food when you want it and wait for it to be delivered, just like you would any other takeaway business. This will be our first time cooking to demand, so any orders placed on the evening of the 27th, from the "van menu" will recieve a 10% discount as a thank you for trusting us and giving us a go! 😂 And finally!!! Gosport Borough Council are not currently releasing hot food pitches which means I need to work from private premises 😔 😢 which has stalled us.... So If anyone owns a business, or manages a business and wants to let me rent a pitch in your carpark for the van please do get in touch, I'll give you healthy discount for life! 😂 😂 Worth a try right? 🤷♀️😂 Thank you for reading, here's a tiktok of the start of our van journey, part 2 coming soon 😍 😍 😍 😍 😍

How it Works
We are a pop up kitchen so here’s how it works!
We work from a basic standard menu. But we like to keep variety alive, whilst always focusing on good quality. To do this we won’t overstretch ourselves so each week we will update you with two additional meal choices that are being served each day. Almost like a weekly menu! All you need to do is get your orders in the day before to secure your slot! The idea is you can have good quality home cooked foods.
In addition to this, we can serve your cooked meals to you cold so that they can be reheated by yourself! Ask us for more info and give us plenty of notice.
All foods sold by us are reheated at the customers own risk following standard reheating practice.
