Proving Ground Wrestling
Proving Ground Wrestling is supported by New Generation Wrestling UK. Proving Ground showcases some of the top upcoming stars of British Wrestling holding events since 2011 where it all began in The Eastmount Centre in Hull, and has continued to showcase the stars of tomorrow all over the UK each year.
Proving Ground has featured the likes of Matt Myers, EL Ligero, Stixx, The Proven, Nathan Cruz, Rampage Brown, Dara Diablo and many more of British Wrestling’s biggest names.
In 2018 the first Proving Ground Champion was crowned in Ace Matthews, however had to forfeit the Title due to injury. The Title was then picked up by North East’s hard hitting Conor Renshaw. The Proving Ground Championship recently switched hands at Proving Ground 53 in Hull on January 18th where Dave Graves defeated Conor Renshaw & Ace Matthews to become NEW Proving Ground Champion.
