Buttercup Boutique for Pageant Rentals Agreement

1. Must provide a copy of your ID.
2. Do Not wash anything. If something happens just let us know so that we can take care of it. Some items are hand dyed and washing them can ruin them.
3. All rental items must be mailed priority the Monday after your pageant unless otherwise discussed. If not you will be responsible for overnighting it to the next renter.
4. Once the rental leaves our hands or the previous renters, as long as it was mailed on time, we have no control over the postal service. If you need a rental before Friday you do have the option of upgrading to overnight shipping for an additional fee or rent for the weekend before. Refunds will not be issued for the rental not arriving on time that is not a fault of ours or the previous renter.
5. NO SMOKING, EATING, or DRINKING AROUND THE RENTALS.
6. Payments must be sent FRIENDS AND FAMILY and if not you will be refunded and asked to pay again. Please do not put anything in comments box.
7. You must pay 1/2 of the rental fee to reserve your outfit for a deposit. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Final Payments are due the weekend before we ship.
8. Make sure to check measurements as many items are custom made and the size is just a general idea of what it should fit. It is not our fault if the item does not fit your child.
9. If the outfits are damaged beyond repair or stolen, your will be responsible to replace the item or legal action will be taken.
10. For your protection all renters should video tape the items being unboxed to show the condition of the item when received and also being boxed up to show the condition of the item being returned or going to the next renter. Report any damage immediately so that we may contact the previous renter to see their video of the condition being sent.
11. For our renters protection and the protection of our items, if you are on the beware boards multiple times you will be removed from our page.

**These are rentals. They will not be in perfect brand new condition. Tanning, missing stones, and small tears are to be expected but nothing that would be noticeable from the stage.
