RE:ACT has been working in Ukraine since the start of the war in February 2022, supporting everyone who has been affected by the conflict. 🇺🇦
They provided 14,000 food packs between July and October 2022 and during the whole of 2022 they transported 26,000 kilograms of medical aid. ⛑️
As the conflict goes on into 2023, RE:ACT continues to provide humanitarian action in Ukraine especially since the flooding in the Kherson Region. RE:ACT have been helping to provide clean water, hygiene supplies and hot meals to support the 40,000 people that have had to be evacuated from their homes. 🏠
If you couldn’t tell already RE:ACT are incredible at the work they do and make such an impact on peoples lives.🫶🏼

Last winter, did you or a relative have to visit a hospital in the UK? Did you see the blanket press coverage of health leaders warning about A&E waiting times and staff shortages due to COVID-19 and flu? Over 90% of senior doctors reported there had been people waiting in their emergency department for more than 24 hours last week. 🤒
Amidst all this, did you notice a RE:ACT Responder? Probably not.
RE:ACT exists to provide direct humanitarian action, in the fastest time, for those hardest to reach and most vulnerable, even in the UK. They don’t shout about it, so we will:
Between November 2022 and January 2023, 163 RE:ACT volunteers were deployed to support overstretched NHS hospitals and ambulance services during this period of extremely high-pressure, contributing over 1,000 volunteer hours in non-clinical support so that healthcare professionals could concentrate on saving lives. ⛑️
Please give what you can to support RE:ACT in delivering humanitarian action wherever it is needed, even to those of us in the UK. Link is in the bio, along with tickets to our trivi:ACT night on Tuesday 11th July. 🎟️

RE:ACT Responding to the Turkish-Syria Earthquakes.
Did you know RE:ACT has assisted the humanitarian need in Turkey?
From 8th February of this year, RE:ACT International Responders, with a total of 15, decided to fly out to Türkiye to support the humanitarian efforts due the Türkiye-Syria Earthquake to provide support to people such as shelter, medical assistant, food and water.🚰⛑️
RE:ACT have deployed a team to Türkiye to assess the disaster on the ground, gain situational awareness and connect with partners to establish how best to provide support.❤️

Group Leaders :
Meet Ekaterina & Esme Fresh Events group leaders, together this dynamic duo lead the Fresh Events team to success delivering memorable events! Here is a little introduction to both of our lovely team leaders:
Ekaterina has a background in Economics making her a very logistics and detail-oriented person. However as her hobby is DJing, she definitely knows how to have fun and puts her passion into every event she works on!
Esme loves spending time with friends in her spare time and is always up for a bit of karaoke! She will always agree to a shopping trip or a beach holiday and enjoys all things food and fitness. Events are her passion and you will catch her motivating the team and keeping spirits high!
Together Ekaterina & Esme form the dynamic leadership team of Fresh Events, working tirelessly to create extraordinary experiences for their clients and attendees.
