One of my favorite things about an intimate wedding with a smaller guest count is that it allows you to do really fun things with your seating chart. For Kristin & Dan’s wedding every guest was able to take their own bud vase home that doubles as their table assignment. It was a huge hit with the guests!

Let’s talk signage! I absolutely love when couples have a cohesive plan for their signs. But guess what!? You don’t have to go overboard either! I usually encourage a welcome sign, signs that guide your guests( think sign our guestbook and bar menu), and an easy to read seating a chart! What signs do you like seeing at weddings!?

Shared some sneak peaks over on my stories of Thomas and Kacia’s beautiful wedding this past Saturday. Pretty little details ✨ Pro tip: Pack a bag of all your paper goods, wedding jewelry, and any heirlooms you want photographed on the wedding day. This way when your photographer arrives they can grab it real quick and get those gorgeous detail shots! Because trust me you are gonna want a photo of the those invitations you spent hours designing and stuffing 😉
