The anniversary of Kiara and Eddie Lawton, the sweetest couple to have ever graced my life as a wedding planner. The first members of the Dahlia and Daisy family.

Cassie and Evan’s wedding was one that I finished decorating long before cocktail hour, so I was able to assist them with their photos post ceremony. I probably improved my vertical jump hopping on and off the side of this porch so many times to fix the rocking chairs without getting in any photos. It may seem silly, but small details like that can really elevate your wedding photos!

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I introduced myself here, so I figured I’d pop up in your feed now before you forget all about social media during the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. So here goes it!
I’m Jenna, and I started Dahlia and Daisy Events at the beginning of 2022. I decided I wanted to become a wedding planner because I enjoy being needed, as well as putting the pieces together to create one cohesive design. I planned my first wedding in February, and the rest is history! I was blessed to plan a total of 7 weddings this year, and look forward to the 2023 season.
When I am not spending hours reaching out to vendors or visiting venues, I am spending time with my husband Tyler, playing with my two dogs, harvesting pecans on our family’s property, reading books, exploring new coffee shops (I’m a chai latte gal), spending time with family, or attending mass at my local Catholic church.
I have been blessed to work with wonderful couples who really focus on encompassing their relationship authentically within the design of their wedding. I have also worked in many different settings (city-center venues, barns, estates), but I am looking forward to assisting couples on the east coast next to the sparkling sea.

I never thought I’d enjoy a mascot at a wedding until burst on the scene! I learned the true meaning of “don’t knock it till you try it!”
If you and your loved ones are super fans of a sports team, and are considering inviting their mascot, I say do it. They can really hype up your crowd with pictures and dancing!
