The sweetest first look & vow reading!! 🥺🤍

To look or not to look… that’s the question! Let’s talk about it! There are so many factors that go into having a first look.

- What do you want? That’s the first main thought! Obviously, some other factors could way heavier in the timing however, it’s YOUR day! Do what makes you and your partner happy. Your vendors are there to work your wedding day! They will make the timeline work if it’s important to you.

- Timeline. Well timing is part of the main concern when people try to decide whether to do a first look or not. Maybe your ceremony time doesn’t allow enough time to take photos outside before sunset. So you do a first look to ensure you can take photos before hand! Or does your timeline give you plenty of time after the ceremony to do photos then? Then you don’t have to do a first look! (Again, your vendors are working for you so truly it’s your call!!)

- Anticipation. Do you want a build up to the big moment? Some clients LOVE the build up to seeing each other down the aisle. Or does your future husband not want everyone watching him have a reaction? There is so much pressure on Groom’s to have a big reaction that sometimes doing a first look is beneficial for them to release that pressure. Ask your partner what you want those moments to look like for each other.

- It’s up to YOU. At the end of the day, it’s what you and your partner want. Some things can sway you one way or another in your decision. Hire quality vendors to be there to make sure you are happy with whatever you decide!
