Corporate lunches are not a one size fits all affair. Two very different lunches delivered in today. Lunch number one for 24 people was a formal lunch with sandwich platters, crisps, salad, fruit and homemade cake whereas lunch number two was more relaxed for a Leadership team lunch with salads, sandwiches, crisps, homemade sausage rolls, fruit boxes and homemade cake.

I can cater for all your needs, be they large or small, formal or informal. Just contact me for details and remember I can tailor make your lunch to your own requirements.

Apologies for the lateness of posting specials but I’ve been busy in the kitchen preparing for corporate lunches going out tomorrow. This does mean that there is cake leftovers available!!

So for tomorrow we have

Fish fingers and tartare sauce

Waste not want not……

Left over bread and black bananas turned into some really tasty treats for you guys to enjoy this week. Banana traybake cake with cream cheese icing and bread pudding. Available while stocks last. Place your order to guarantee a slice and brighten up a dull January day.

Christmas buffet went out today complete with cheese platter, savoury platter, homemade sausage rolls, houmous and crudités, festive cupcakes and Viennese topped mince pies as well of course as sandwich platters. Hopefully everyone had a good time and left full.

I have received several requests for Christmas cupcakes so I have today completed 72 Christmas cupcakes. Of those I have 16 left for general sale!! If you want any you need to be quick! First come first serve.

1 chocolate reindeer
3 vanilla Christmas trees 🎄
4 Gingerbread
4 Salted caramel pretzel.

Once they are gone, they are gone. I won’t have time to make more (there will be some other homemade goodies later in the week)

Sweet treats coming your way tomorrow as well as festive fillings. 😋

After Eight chocolate tart - a biscuit crumb base with a hidden layer of peppermint cream, topped with chocolate ganache and decorated with after eights and chocolate shavings.

Terry’s Chocolate orange traybake - a rich American style chocolate orange sponge topped with light and fluffy chocolate orange
buttercream and decorated with Terry’s chocolate orange segments and sprinkles

Christmas school cake - deep vanilla sponge topped with white glacé icing and festive sprinkles.

Mince pies - shortcrust pastry filled with mincemeat and glazed with egg.

🎄🎄It’s beginning to look alot like Christmas, so it’s time to roll out the Christmas specials! I will start tomorrow with Christmas fillings but keep your eyes peeled through the next couple of weeks for sweet treats, buffet boxes and other festive treats. 🎄🎄

Tuesday specials are:

Turkey feast - home roasted turkey with sausage meat, sage & onion stuffing, pigs in blankets and cranberry sauce.

Prawn Cocktail - prawns coated in Marie Rose sauce with crispy iceberg lettuce.

Wensleydale & winter chutney - crumbly Wensleydale with a spiced apple and pear chutney and iceberg lettuce.
