I have received several requests for Christmas cupcakes so I have today completed 72 Christmas cupcakes. Of those I have 16 left for general sale!! If you want any you need to be quick! First come first serve.

1 chocolate reindeer
3 vanilla Christmas trees 🎄
4 Gingerbread
4 Salted caramel pretzel.

Once they are gone, they are gone. I won’t have time to make more (there will be some other homemade goodies later in the week)

Sweet treats coming your way tomorrow as well as festive fillings. 😋

After Eight chocolate tart - a biscuit crumb base with a hidden layer of peppermint cream, topped with chocolate ganache and decorated with after eights and chocolate shavings.

Terry’s Chocolate orange traybake - a rich American style chocolate orange sponge topped with light and fluffy chocolate orange
buttercream and decorated with Terry’s chocolate orange segments and sprinkles

Christmas school cake - deep vanilla sponge topped with white glacé icing and festive sprinkles.

Mince pies - shortcrust pastry filled with mincemeat and glazed with egg.

🎄🎄It’s beginning to look alot like Christmas, so it’s time to roll out the Christmas specials! I will start tomorrow with Christmas fillings but keep your eyes peeled through the next couple of weeks for sweet treats, buffet boxes and other festive treats. 🎄🎄

Tuesday specials are:

Turkey feast - home roasted turkey with sausage meat, sage & onion stuffing, pigs in blankets and cranberry sauce.

Prawn Cocktail - prawns coated in Marie Rose sauce with crispy iceberg lettuce.

Wensleydale & winter chutney - crumbly Wensleydale with a spiced apple and pear chutney and iceberg lettuce.

I’m in the very lucky position this week of being able to say that I have too much work on to be posting specials every day! From birthday cupcakes, company day lunches, council meetings and even a wedding cake, I’m not sure I’ll get time to be on social media.
I am about to make Chilli and curry so they will be available for the next couple of days for definite and there will be lemon drizzle tomorrow and some cupcakes on Thursday as well as all the usual treats so I hope to see lots of you this week. I’ll pop back on when I can to show you some of the tasty treats going out this week but in the meantime, have a good week.

Apologies for no specials posts last week. As you know it was half term and i sometimes struggle to fit everything in but the kids are back at school and im back to normal. So specials for tomorrow are:-

Pulled pork and homemade coleslaw
Red Leicester and homemade coleslaw
Hot and spicy chicken with sweet chilli sauce
Sweet chilli salmon

Pasta pots - Tuna, tomato basil and mozzarella and tomato & mascarpone with chicken.
