Well that’s it, halfway through the first week back. The problem with having two weeks off is that it takes a while to get back into the swing of things. I’m definitely feeling it today!! 😴. So tomorrows specials are:-

So have all the kids gone back or have you still got some hangers on? Mine finally goes back tomorrow so I get my afternoons back to create lots of lovely things for you guys. For tomorrow the specials are:-

After last Friday when I threw so much food away and with this week also being quiet due to holidays, I have decided to start my holiday a day early and will now be finishing tomorrow, Thursday 15th.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but I’m sure you understand that as a small business, I just cannot afford another week where I throw away more than I sell.
Enjoy the remainder of August and I’ll see you on Monday 2nd September.

When it’s hot, hot, hot I don’t always feel like having the oven blasting for hours to cook cake so this week for the cycling club, I changed things up a bit.

It’s due to be another warm one tomorrow 😎 so I will again be out a little earlier as I was today in the hope of getting the food delivered before it gets too hot. All the food is kept cool with air con and ice packs. More salads will be available again tomorrow as they were very popular today. Wednesday specials are:-

Cake - following several requests tomorrow’s cake will be School Cake.

It certainly was a warm one today and tomorrow is forecast to be even hotter!! I know it’s no fun to work in but I for one am glad we are finally getting some sunshine!! ☀️ With the warmer temperatures, I will be increasing the amount of salads I’m carrying (I sold out very quickly today) but don’t forget, if you want to be guaranteed something, you need to pop me a message. I have a buffet for a retirement party to make and deliver tomorrow so I’m hoping to be with most of you about 20/30 minutes earlier than normal (fingers crossed 🤞). With this in mind, some things may be limited tomorrow due to time constraints eg. Pasta pots but I will have the normal range of rolls, baguettes and sandwiches.

84 cupcakes decorated and delivered tonight. Some for some lucky school staff rooms and some to my son’s cycling club. They had a mixture of Pimms, Millionaires, Neapolitan, Jaffa cake, Lemon & raspberry, Cherry Bakewell and Biscoff. Now to start on food prep for a Nationals weekend!!
