Everything speaks to me about His Goodness!! I took this photo during Hurricane Milton. We had no electricity for more than 24hours. At the end of it all we are safe and reminded that no matter what God is always in control! My solar lights decoration from my house 🫣😀🤷‍♀️!

Today is World Mental Health Day! As someone who is constantly reminded of God’s Goodness over my life I am grateful and thankful that I can share my story about the years I dealt with mental illness and the importance to walk through life and trials with Jesus! I have come a long way, only those closest to me know how hard it was at times, although it may seem impossible at times, my advice to those going through something like this is to focus on Jesus, silence those negative thoughts and fill your mind with HIS WORD, Spend time in His Presence allow him in your heart! ❤️
My focus is Jesus!!!

Painting with God offers a unique way to discover God’s truth. Embark on a surprisingly healing journey as you express emotions to God and allow Him to reveal Himself through colors. This process is less about the end product and more about healing at a heart level as you paint, bringing freedom, breakthrough, and lasting connection with God.

It is important to know His Word, seeking his presence and allowing Him to speak to your heart!

I am God’s Masterpiece!
“O Lord, you have examined my heart and know everything about me. You know when I sit down or stand up. You know my thoughts even when I’m far away. You see me when I travel and when I rest at home. You know everything I do. You know what I am going to say even before I say it, Lord. You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too great for me to understand! I can never escape from your Spirit! I can never get away from your presence! If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the grave, you are there. If I ride the wings of the morning, if I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there your hand will guide me, and your strength will support me. Walking by Faith and Not by Sight!

After being diagnosed with Spondylitis Ankylosing, Fibromyalgia, Agoraphobia, Sever Mayor Depression, Lupus, to name a few, my life was at a PAUSE for 10 years.

Learning to trust God and choosing to walk by faith I learned that He never left me He was always with me throughout the years. I look back and see how far I have come. Seeking God, spending time in His presence, learning to hear His voice, studying the scriptures, and trusting HIM no matter what, has been THE BEST CHOICE. I decided to Walk in Faith and trust Him and It has been the Key to overcome alot of my struggles. Is a day to day walk but learning to lean on Him and hold on no matter is the most rewarding experience!
