We use 50/50 certified black angus brisket and chuck for our burger patties. 100% all beef goodness. We mice our own patties with a course 8mm grind. 🍔🍔🍔

Chicken Inasal is back in stock! It seems like we have upset many customers for selling out so quickly! We heard your request and we listened 😂😂😂

Whole chicken marinated in calamansi juice, lemongrass, soy sauce, coconut vinegar and annatto oil. Best grilled slowly over charcoal (roast in the oven is fine) for that authentic ‘Bacolod’ taste!

How to cook:
1) Grill and turn every 3 minutes until 90% cooked
2) Baste the meat with our house made ketchup when it is almost cooked and allow the sauce to caramelize and become delicious and sticky for another minute or two!
