Terms and conditions

Wear & Tear:

Our products are each made to a high standard. Please be aware that the products we offer are not suitable for children or pets and should be kept well away from both.

Please note that environmental factors such as rain, wind, sun, snow as well as rough handling and if stored incorrectly will lead to your product not lasting as long as it would is treated correctly. Any questions then please ask.
We do advise that during periods of adverse weather such as heavy rain you remove the product to indoors then place outside again once the weather episode has passed.

Naturally our products will last longer if kept and displayed indoors.

All of our products are made to a high quality and every care is taken to make sure all adhesives and wires etc are applied correctly. However, environmental factors such as direct sun, wind, rain, rough handling and improper storage will degrade the life of the product faster. It is recommended for outdoor products to be removed during extreme weather and stored correctly until it is safe to display.

Product:

Each wreath is made individually so no two wreaths will look exactly the same. When ordering I will give you a maximum lead time which will depend on how busy I am and which product you order. I mainly provide ready made wreaths which will be available straight away to purchase.

Refunds: I do not offer refunds on custom orders and I may request a deposit to secure your order.

Postage: Postage will vary per product so please let me know if postage is needed when you order and I will let you know the price.
Postage within the UK will start at £3.99

I will not deliver or post any wreaths before I receive full payment via bank transfer or cash upon delivery. Bank details for payment will be provided when you place and order.

Installation:
It is up to yourself to install you product as this is not a service we currently provide. We can advise on the best way to display your products.
